CHINESE TUINA

Tuina bodywork therapy has been used in China for over 2,000 years and, like acupressure, uses traditional theory of the flow of “chi” through the body’s meridians. I massage the muscles and tendons with my hands, and an acupressure technique is applied to directly affect the flow of chi at different points of the body, facilitating the healing process.
